Our classes
Our group training classes are designed just for women. Class is circuit based (move from station to station) the exercises with be a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. In 45min you get a total body workout! Each class the workout will be different to keep your body guessing. Exercises will be modified to accommodate all fitness levels
OUR MEMBERS
Our members are every shape, size, age, and fitness level. It doesnt matter if you have never worked out a day in your life, or if you workout everyday. Everyone is welcomed at RBF.
POLICES:
Every client must sign a waiver prior to their first class
If class is canceled due to inclement weather we will post on facebook prior to class.

Tanya and Brianna are both AFAA certified, we both hold additional certifications in resistance training, cardio kickboxing, and circuit training.
We want to help every client reach their goals and provide a supportive, non judgmental, non competitive environment where women can help build each other up. We want every client to walk out feeling better than when they walked in.
