I have never taken a class before, do I need to be a certain fitness level to join a class? Absolutely not! We welcome all fitness levels. Our classes are small group circuit training classes. You will not be in a class just following an instructor. Classes are designed so that the instructor can focus on each participant to ensure proper form and provide modifications if needed for any exercise.
Do I need to sign up for class? It is not required, but it is prefered as it allows us to set up for how many clients will be attending class. Do you cancel classes due to low enrollment? Never! This is common practice for most gyms/studios for financial reasons. We believe that each client is worth our time.
What should I bring/wear to class? All you need to bring is water, and a yoga mat if you have one you prefer to use. Please wear whatever you are comfortable working out in and sneakers. If it is raining or snowing please change into sneakers when you get to the studio.
